  • How do you treat yourself and others?

  • Who do you surround yourself with?

  • What kind of work do you do?

Your vision must be clear and specific because this is your blueprint for the life you want to build.

Step 2: Turn Your Vision into a Plan

Once you have this ideal version of yourself in mind, it's time to create a plan.

  • What steps do you need to take to embody this version of yourself?

  • How does your current day need to change to align with your vision?

  • What habits do you need to adopt or eliminate?

This isn't just about writing goals—it's about actively shaping your days to reflect your future self.

Step 3: Lock In & Stay Focused

Once your plan is in place, commit to it.

This is an alternative to vision boarding. Instead of creating a board and looking at it occasionally, carry your vision with you 24/7. Every decision you make should align with the person you are becoming.

Time is a delusion—don’t obsess over it. Just put in the work. Be patient. Over time, things will start falling into place, like puzzle pieces clicking together. That’s when you’ll realize how powerful you truly are.

Step 4: Prioritize Your Mental & Physical Health

Regaining control isn’t just about mindset—it’s also about well-being.

Your mental and physical health are the foundation of everything you do. If you’re not feeling good mentally, it will reflect physically. If your body isn’t functioning well, even a strong mindset won’t be enough.

Make your health a priority today, not tomorrow. No matter your age, taking care of yourself now will improve your life in ways you can’t even imagine.

Step 5: Treat Yourself the Way You Want to Be Treated

The way you speak to yourself, the way you respect yourself, and the way you carry yourself set the standard for how others treat you.

If you hold yourself in high regard, you won’t tolerate disrespect. You’ll recognize your worth and demand the same level of respect from others.

Speak about yourself with value. You are not just anyone—you are YOU.

Step 6: Know Your "Why"

Your purpose is your anchor. Your "why" should always be at the forefront of your mind.

For me, my "why" is me.

I promised my younger self a better future. As a child, I saw things I wanted but couldn't have. I told myself, "One day, I’ll get you this." And now, I am a woman of my word. I am making those promises come true for that little girl who believed in me.

Your "why" should be personal, powerful, and deeply connected to your soul. When you work for yourself, you end up uplifting the entire world.

Step 7: Power Plan: Trust the Process & Stay Aligned

If you follow this blueprint with hard work, faith, and patience, success will come naturally.

Do your part, and God will take care of the rest. Stay committed, stay grateful, and never give up on yourself.
