Ever had those chicken and rice from one of the halal carts from NY? They are absolutely delicious and my favorite go to meal. Hajar cooks it the best way possible here.
Street Style Tacos
Feeling a little tortilla? Street style tacos are my go to recipe for every Tuesday. Here's how I make them:
Use any premade taco seasoning like old el paso
Marinate chicken/steak in it with some olive oil, lime, and seasoning
If you prefer your chicken in a different texture, I'd recommend boiling your chicken, shredding it and then adding seasonings in a pan.
Grill some corn tortillas
Chop some red onions and cilantro
Cut some limes in quarters
Assemble tortilla, chicken, onions, cilantro, lime and some salsa (optional)
