If the words are coming out of your mouth, they need to be well thought out, spoken with pauses, and spoken in a low tone.

If you are someone that another person doesn't have to worry about when they share their secret with you, you are one step ahead. Avoid gossiping at all costs and truly listen to people with genuine intentions. It's hard to find trustworthy people these days so set an example.

Self-care can be anything that puts you at peace. Many people who prioritize self-care are always on a healing journey. This can also mean that they deal with their hard or tough moments alone, so when they go outside in the world, they feel neutral towards people of all kinds.
